0172-5055355 is the official technical helpline / support / customer service center number of connect broadband services for chandigarh and Punjab region. you can dial this number from any of your phone or mobile. It is very easy to register technical issue, to launch / raise technical complaint or to register for fault removal request on this number.

Are you confused in IVR options given by automated system ? need help!

Read this care fully. We have shown you the way to skip these IVR options by submitting the right information.

First of all be ready with your CONNECT number or user name. It may be of 5 types. Check your username on your modem or your bill if you don’t know your CONNECT number.

  • 172-5170032 ( option 2 for DSL combo)
  • DSLS-654321 (option 3 for standalone DSL)
  • FTTH-654321 (option 4 for standalone DSL)
  • WBb-654321 (option 5 for WBb or WiFi)
  • EoC-654321 (option 6 for Ethernet EoC connection)

First of all select your language when you call 01725055355 then hear all the IVR options carefully. below we have given these options. after selecting language you have to press the right number as per given choices.


1 for phone Line : if you are using connect telephone connection (voice land-line phone without internet) and you want to register its complaint then you have to press 1 . If you are using Connect Land Line phone, then your number should be in the format like 172-5170031 and you have to enter the numerical numbers after pressing option number . After pressing 1 enter your number with STD code without prefixing zero (as like 172-5170031).


2 for DSL combo : If you are using CONNECT DSL combo (telephone connection + broadband ) connection you have to press the option 2.  If you are using DSL combo, then your number should be in the format like 172-5170031 and you have to enter numerical numbers after pressing option number 2. After pressing 2 enter your number with STD code without prefixing zero (as like 172-5170031).


3 DSL stand alone : if you are using Connect DSL standalone connection (internet without telephone connection) and you want to register its complaint then you have to press 3. If you are using DSL stand-alone, then your number should be in the format like DSL-654321 and you have to enter numerical numbers after pressing option number 3.


4 FTTH (Optical fiber broadband service) : if you are using Connect FTTH broadband connection (internet without telephone connection) and you want to register its complaint then you have to press 4. If you are using DSL stand-alone, then your number should be in the format like FTTH-654321 and you have to enter numerical numbers after pressing option number 4.  (in case if you are using FTTH combo plan with telephone connection, you have to choose option number 2 – DSL combo)


5. WBb : if you are using Connect wireless broadband connection and you want to register its complaint then you have to press 5. If you are using WBB connection, then your number should be in the format like WBB-654321 and you have to enter numerical numbers after pressing option number 5.


6 EoC : EoC means Ethernet over Copper. If you are using EoC, then your number should be in format like EoC-654321 you have to enter numerical numbers after pressing the 6 option.

  1. I tried calling on connect customer care from last 2 days but unable to reach to customer care person.after pressing no.5 they ask for wbb no.then i put my no which is 654321
    Tape replied its not the correct no.just because of this not able to reach customer care executive.

    Your centers have never tried to contact in person to know the exact problem.
    I have paid all the dues but Rs.237/- are being shown balance. This cannot be a bill mount and may be fine. Your broadband connection left unattended for more than a month. In this state, I paid Rs.1769/-
    with no benefit. I tried numerously at 0172-5050505 but no one came forward to listen to me. I got the message to disconnect the connection. I ran to your Hall Bazar branch. What they did I don’t know but
    changed a socket. This happened 4/5 time with the cost.

    Before this, I was unable to lodge my complaint, I requested my relative to know the procedure. He told
    a local connect person to help me and he lodged my complaint. This is all for your kind info.

    Now I want to request to exempt Rs.236/- as your net was out of order for a long time. There may be late
    paid one bill amount or so. Besides to help the client I have received a message from your management
    that your connection is “Going to Bar”.
    It is not a part of Bill amount nor a Revenue of the Company but a shameful to received such message
    without being brought into the notice of such a very very old client.

    Being harassed with this from so many days. Please provide exemption as you have been doing earlier
    and confirm with a message.

  2. So much harassment just for a booster which is not working in our basement. We own big branches of gyms in tricity and we have all connect landlines but they cant send one techinician for rescue. Preparing to change about 28 connections we have landlines and internet. On other hand airtel fixed everything even though we didnot have number of them. Good job airtel will get airtel connections after shifting connect ones.. thank you connect

    No usage and no pay costly rent. So please reduce plan minimum other wise disconnection.

  5. i have using connect broadband dsl no 1762513337. my bill pending from last one week i hd twice time call zirakpur vip road connect executive for bill collect bt no one collect bill, very bad service i m payinv monthly 1500 rs rental bt bad experiance over all

     
  6. Their is complaint regarding the internet many times these problem comes, internet surfacing very slow. please ensure send some body and repair this fault immigatelly because my office work stuck it.

With respect I recived your connect Broadband connection ( DSLS number-329424) Phone number—01815005408 (name Jagjit Singh) under the scheme Rs.499/-But Sir this month Dec. without my permission change plane and I got bill of amount Rs.805/-. Which is impossible fo me to pay.Kindly check and keep first palne as previous. Please take action urgenly I informed today morning to customer care center.
    Sir as I informed I cant afford this amount if you not do then I will be close this connection.

Hello sir Maine thode din pehle connect broadband lagwaya hai’ aurmuje speed 4 Mbps ki mili hai air compney be kaha hai data abhi unlimted data ki speed proper 4 Mbps hai lekin net to kuj khaas ni chala thode din me speed totly hero aur modem ke Uper 2 num diye hai dono hi ni milte .isko thik kro ya iss ghtya connection ko kaato
